  2. Payment for the services constitutes acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

  1. The Provider supplies a software‑technical solution to protect personal data when using the Internet.
  2. The services include: encryption of internet traffic, connection anonymization, and protection when using public Wi‑Fi networks.

3. Service Procedure

  1. To enable the service, the User provides contact details (Telegram handle) solely for feedback and support purposes.
  2. The service is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment

  1. Current plan prices are published on the Website.
  2. Payment is made in advance using any available method.

5. Liability

  1. The Provider shall not be liable for the operation of communication networks, the User’s equipment, or actions of third parties.
  2. The User undertakes to use the service only in compliance with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.

6. Personal Data

  1. The Provider processes only the Telegram handle required to deliver the service.
  2. Data are not stored within the Russian Federation and are deleted after the service is completed.

7. Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiations.
  2. This offer is effective upon publication on the Website and may be amended unilaterally by the Provider.
